REFUND POLICY

The refund request should be initiated within 24 hours of receipt of the order by customer. All refunds will be processed within 7 days of receiving the merchandise back at our warehouse. The refund amount will be added to your wallet. All refunds will be issued through the same transaction method.

CANCELLATION POLICY:

Any cancellation requests will only be accepted if they are made within 24 hrs of placing the order and a full refund will be issued for it in your wallet. The customer needs to raise a cancellation request to the Customer Service at 07428479292(Monday – Saturday 10 AM to 7 PM) or mail us at customercare@heimars.com.
